The Programme
The full programme will be up on a board outside the cafe. There won't be any printed copies available to buy so please print your own out or download to your phone. Available to download HERE. Please note that this version is likely to be subject to a few alterations. It's probably best to print it out a few days before the festival.
Camp Rules
* NO ALCOHOL or ILLEGAL DRUGS - Most people who have experienced Beulah have appreciated how the no drug/alcohol rule enables an opportunity for personal growth and an enhanced experience. People unwilling to respect this will be asked to leave.
* NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC or DRUMMING AFTER 11pm - We only have an 11pm licence. Please respect your fellow campers who may wish to sleep and keep noise at a minimum around camping areas.
* NO DOGS

Camping
Please camp in the designated areas and keep emergency access roadways (marked with red & white hazard tape) clear at all times.

Please locate your nearest fire bucket and know what to do in the event of a fire

Please do not leave anything hazardous on the ground that people could slip on, fall over or injure themselves on.
Vehicles
Please leave vehicles in the car park. Wheelbarrows are available for transportation (it's only the next field). If you need to take your vehicle on site for any reason please see a member of the Beulah team.

Live In Vehicles require a pass to be brought on to site and must be escorted by a steward in a high visibility vest. The driver must put their hazard lights on and must drive across the field slowly and with due care and attention
Lift Share
If you have space in your car or you're looking for a lift, please add the details to our Lift Share Forum.
Fancy Dress
There's no specific theme this year but we encourage you to DRESS TO EXPRESS at every given opportunity.
Directions
The address is: Lime Tree Farm, Hutts Lane, Grewelthorpe, HG4 3DA
Lime Tree Farm is just outside the village of Grewelthorpe, North Yorkshire. It's approximately 1.5 hours from Leeds and 15 minutes from Ripon.
Directions can be found on the website HERE
Facilities
The facilities are fairly basiic. We have:
  • 7 compost toilets
  • Running water (for drinking & washing)
  • Solar showers (these are basic and the temperature of the water will depend on how much sunshine we get)
  • Communal fire pit (please note that personal camp fires are not permitted, for everyone's safety and to protect the land)
  • Beautiful surroundings to explore within the site including ancient woodland, ponds, meadows, streams
  • Phone charging facility (for a donation).

Recycling, Rubbish & Renewable Energy
Please help us to keep the site tidy. There are no bins on site. You will be given a bin bag on arrival. Please take responsibility for your own waste and take it off site at the end of the festival. There are compost bins for food waste and biodegradable stuff.

The festival is off-grid. That means no smelly, noisy, dirty generator. In order to do this we have enlisted the help of REsource with their converted fire solar truck.
